disciplinarian
disciplinarian (n.) "one who enforces order," 1630s, see DISCIPLINE (Cf. discipline); earlier used of Puritans who wanted to establish the Presbyterian "discipline" in England (1580s). Meaning "advocate of greater discipline" is from 1746.
